Southern provinces full occupation in Nowruz; foreseeing by the President of the Association of Hoteliers of Iran

Hotel News - According to the statements by Association of Hoteliers’ president, the capacity of hotels of southern cities and provinces such as Kerman, Bushehr, Hormozgan and Chabahar will be completed during the days of Nowruz, and therefore it is now necessary to plan for Nowruz's trips.

According to the president of the Association of hoteliers, a trip to the north of the country has been boarding for many people, and the fear of heavy traffic on the northern roads also forbids Nowruz passengers from traveling to the northern cities. On the other hand, the cold weather of the western and northwest provinces also attracts many people to those beautiful provinces.

Jamshid Hamzezadeh said: "On February’s holiday, the southern provinces encountered a massive flood of passengers who came from all cities, and because of the capacity of hotels, many travelers were forced to stay in tents or rental homes.”

Hamzazadeh added, "This situation will also occur in March more tha February because people decide to spend their days at the seaside.

He added: The reservation status of hotels in the southern provinces in March also shows that the occupancy rate of hotels in these areas will be higher compared with the same time in previous year.

"Of course, as far as we are approaching the New Year, it's easier to talk about the situation, because the number of bookings will increase, but I think the occupancy of hotels will be better than last year," said the president of the Association of Hoteliers.

He added that less hotel occupancy of the last year will be compensated this year.
